2. All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

3. Payment for tours must be made in full at the time of booking.

4. We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund.

5. Participants must follow safety instructions provided by the guide at all times.

6. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will not be eligible for a refund.

7. We are not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour.

8. By joining our tours, you consent to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
